Myra Schobinger, Front Desk Receptionist
Wanting to be close to our children and grandchildren, we moved to Virginia Beach from Arizona 20 years ago. Not long after arriving here, my daughter, Dr. Tara Johansen, and Son in-law, Dr. Spencer Johansen asked me to join them at The Spine Group. We truly are a family taking care of your family! I will be the smiling face that greets you as you arrive at our office!
I have thoroughly enjoyed being a part of the staff, meeting new people and seeing so many awesome results from chiropractic care!
My husband Jack and I love to spend time with our family and two cats, Gemma and Ava. We also enjoy traveling and visiting new places.

Outside of work, I am an avid runner and hiker. While suffering from the physical ailments of my hobbies, I searched for more holistic methods of healing my body. That’s when I discovered chiropractic.
I have always been interested in working in the health care field and after experiencing the benefits of chiropractic care first hand, I immediately knew it was a career path that I would find rewarding every day. Seeing our patients improve throughout the course of their treatment is the best aspect of my job.
So here I am today, with The Spine Group, ready and willing to help you achieve the same success I had with a more natural, holistic approach to health care.
